• Is it big or bulky?

 No not at all.  The ergonomic engineering on this product is probably the best you will see anywhere in the world.  In fact you will

 find it fascinating - the precise engineering that was thought out to develop this.  It feels as you are wearing your standard wrist watch.

 In fact almost half of the unit is actually tapered into the wrist band.  And the unit sits recessed into the wrist band.

Yes a 1 Year Replacement warranty for manufacturers defects.  Simply return to place of purchase with a copy of your receipt.

• Is it Waterproof?

             NO - Just like any bluetooth headset.

• Does it have to be in standby mode with blue light flashing to answer a call?

No - no lights need to be flashing while you are wearing it in standby waiting for a call.  When your phone rings - then you push the blue button to answer your call.  The blue light flashes while you are on your call.  Then you press the button again to end your call and the light stops flashing

• Is there a volume control?

          Yes - and you will find the audio quality to be excellent.

• What is standby and talk time for battery?

           120 hours of standby time and 4-6 hours of talk time.

• How does it recharge?

It comes with a wall outlet charger and a USB cord.  To recharge from the wall the USB cord plugs into the wall outlet charger OR plug the USB cord directly to a USB port on a laptop or desktop computer.  Either  way will recharge the unit.  Takes 1-2 hrs to recharge

• How does the unit detach from the wrist band?

 With the press of a single button by the index finger of your right hand - it instantly releases into your right hand.  But it is held firmly  and securely in place at all other times.
